General Guidelines
Provide clear and detailed descriptions of your commission request, including references for pose, background, and emotions. Maintain polite communication; I reserve the right to decline commissions if this is not upheld. Adherence to these terms is required for commission acceptanceProcess & Revisions
Work-in-progress (WIP) updates are provided at each stage (sketch, line, flat color, shading, etc.). Revisions are only accepted during the sketch phase; changes requested afterward may incur additional charges
Payment
Full payment upfront via PayPal is required before work commences
Cancellation & Refunds
Either party may cancel the commission before payment is made
No refunds are available after payment is received and work has begun
Deadline from several weeks to 2 months (depending on complexity and personal circumstances. Delays will be communicated)
Copyright & Usage I retain copyright of the artwork unless commercial rights are purchased. You may use the artwork for personal purposes with proper credit. Commercial rights can be purchased for an additional 100% of the original price, allowing use for merchandise, books, covers, etc., with credit
Prohibited actions include Using the artwork commercially without rights. Claiming the artwork as your own. Removing watermarks or signatures. Altering the artwork without permission
